Plot:
Rajasekaran, a spoiled rich brat, falls in love with an air-hostess named Devi, who initially rejects his advances. Despite her disinterest, Raja persists, trying various ways to win her over, including enlisting the help of her friend Baby and a former air-hostess, Radha. However, his efforts often backfire, pushing Devi further away.
Raja’s parents arrange his marriage to Sandhiya, but he mistakenly believes she is Devi during their meeting and accepts the proposal. Upon realizing his mistake, he apologizes, but Sandhiya attempts suicide. Raja, feeling guilty, promises to marry her if she doesn’t find someone else. Sandhiya eventually marries another man, and Raja attends the wedding, only to be insulted by Devi, who misunderstands his intentions.
Devastated, Raja isolates himself, flying his plane non-stop until Devi, who has developed feelings for him, intervenes and confesses her love. However, their happiness is short-lived as Raja is diagnosed with terminal cancer, a fact kept secret from him. Devi’s brother, Shankar, delays their wedding, and Raja, unaware of his condition, believes it’s sabotage. He decides to end his relationship with Devi, pretending that he never loved her and that it was all revenge for her earlier insults.
Raja marries Radha, a former air-hostess turned prostitute, who wishes to die as a respectable woman’s wife. Meanwhile, Devi, out of anger and heartbreak, agrees to marry Prathap, unaware of Raja's illness. On her wedding day, Devi learns the truth about Raja’s condition from Baby and rushes to see him. Raja, now on his deathbed, sees Devi as a bride and passes away peacefully.
